Do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery is free for orders $80 and above. For orders below $80, there will be a $10 delivery fee.


Are there any parts of Singapore that you don’t deliver to?

The non-delivery locations in Singapore are as follows:

When will I receive my order?

All successful orders will be delivered within 1 to 3  working days. We will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date and time.

The standard delivery timings are:

Mon to Fri: 8am to 8pm

Sat: 8am to 6pm


Do I need to be present on delivery day 

No. You can arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf. A message will be sent to you before delivery. If no one is available for collection, you can reschedule your delivery with the given link. Kindly note that the expiry date of the drinks is 12 Days from the day of delivery.

Please remember to store the drinks in a refrigerator after collection.


Can your delivery person leave my order at my doorstep?

Yes, we can. However, we will not be liable for lost or stolen orders. We will also not be responsible for orders that have turned bad as a result of leaving them at your doorstep for extended periods of time.


Can I self-collect my order?

Of course. Simply select the self-collect option during checkout and we will arrange a pick-up time for you.

To ensure freshness and quality, your drinks will be packed into a cooler bag. To avoid spoilage, we highly recommend heading straight home after collecting your order.


How should I store my drinks at home?

Please keep our drinks chilled between 1 to 5 degrees Celsius in a refrigerator. To prevent oxidation, keep the drinks away from direct sunlight and do not remove the bottle caps until you are ready to consume them.
